    When choosing an option in a <SELECT> element, the menu sometimes
    revert to the pre-selected option.

Detailed description:

    If a <SELECT> element has:
    * the last option pre-selected, and
    * an "onchange:"-handler,
    the displayed menu reverts to the pre-selected option, when
    a different option is selected.

    However, if one submits the form and use the browsers 'back'-
    function, the menu works without errors.

    NOTE: Some options set an invalid attribute value, but this
          is irrelevant to the problem (See: test-case B).

Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1. Enable JavaScript.
    2. Visit the URL.
    3. Try to select the different options in case B and E.
