Detailed description:

    Follow the steps below.
    After step 3, some of the hover-colour (in the cell-padding?)
      is still visible.
    After step 5, the hover-colour has now disappeared from
      the parts that where covered.
    After step 6, the hover-colour that disappeared in step 5
      is still missing.

      The bug also appears with 'border-collapse: separate' if the table
      body is hovered, covered, and uncovered while still being hovered.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

    1. Visit URL.
    2. Hover mouse over table body.
    3. Move mouse outside table.
    4. Cover table partially or completely with another window.
    5. Uncover table.
    6. Hover mouse over table body.
