Bug Report: 147608 Date: 2004-07-17 Note: Almost fixed in 8.00b2. Note: See bug report 165160. Note: Bugs fixed, but crashes 9.00b1 build 8367. Note: Crash fixed in 9.00b2 build 8414. Version: Opera 7.52/Windows98/PC Build: 3834 Brief Summary: and with CSS ':after' and ':hover' badly broken. Severity: Other severe Part affected: Forms URL: Detailed description: CSS properties ':before' or ':after', combined with ':hover' applied to or elements causes several problems (See URL): * 'i3' and 't3' turn red only when they gain focus. * If the text in 'i3' or 't3' is altered, the original text is usually restored when 'TAB' or 'Alt-TAB' is pressed. This happens only rarely when clicking the mouse outside the controls. * It looks like the ':after'-content is placed outside of the control-elements. * When the form is submitted, the request contains duplicate parameters for 'i3', 'i4', 't3' and 't4'! Note: * The contents of 'i3' and 't3' cannot be edited, but this has been reported before by Tim Altman. Steps to reproduce the bug: - E-mail: See: mailto.txt
