Detailed description:

    In some fonts, at some sizes, Unicode U+2010 (Hyphen) and
    U+2011 (Non-breaking hyphen)

    1) are displayed with an incorrect vertical position. In the worst
       cases, they look like under- or overscores,

    2) have different widths.

    As I understand it, U+2010 and U+2011 should look exactly the same,
    and both should be very similar to U+2d (Hyphen-minus).
