Detailed description:

    See test case.

    The outlines look funny on some of the links near the right
    edge. When the right part of one of those links are clicked
    (or hovered over), it takes you to (or displays the URL of)
    the first link on the /next/ line.

    Notes:

    * This bug also occurs when the table is replaced with a <SPAN>
      with 'display: table-cell'.
    * This bug also occurs when the <A> elements are replaced by <SPAN>.
      <A> was chosen for clarity.
    * The bug disappears if a left border is added on the <A> elements.
    * This bug report also apply to Opera 7.54 build 3865.
    * This could be related to bug report 149976.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1. Visit URL.
    2. Examine links near the right edge of the viewport.
