Detailed description:

    Double-clicking a named anchor (with 'ID' or 'NAME', but without
    'HREF' attribute) should select a word in the anchor contents.

    Note: This bug report also apply to Opera 7.54 build 3865    

Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1. Visit URL.
    2. Double-click on a word in 'anchor 1' or 'anchor 2'.
