Detailed description:

    Opera crashes when:

      * a form contains a <button> inside a <div>, AND
      * the form is first submitted, AND
      * the 'back' function is used to go back to the form.

    It seems as if:

      * the browser should be opened with no pages, and
      * the page containing the form needs to be opened in a *new*
        page in the browser, and
      * no other action should be taken before opening the test case,

    but this is not always the case.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1. Open the URL as a *new* page inside the window.
    2. Use the submit button.
    3. Use the 'back' function to go to the previous page.
