Detailed description:

    The <textarea> in cell E is only partially visible, if at all.

    For the bug to take effect,

    * Both height properties must be present, and non-zero.
    * The text in cell B must wrap to more than one line.
    * The <textarea> must be a <textarea>.

    Further observations:

    * Changing the page-zoom corrects the display.
    * The "A" jumps up and down at different magnifications
      (watch the red outline on the <div>).

    This bug also occurs in O7.60p2.7263 and O7.54.3865,
    but NOT in O7.60p1.7141.
