Detailed description:

    A <table> with 'align=right' attribute can cause the contents
    to overlap with other elements.
    The <p>'s line boxes in the example should be shifted below
    the <table>.

    Notes:
    * The bug does NOT occur if the <table> is floated rather than
      aligned.
    * This bug dates at least as far back as 7.23.
